BENTUP’S solid axle swap systems were designed to replace the vehicles stock suspension with a highly modified suspension system designed for off-road use only. This suspension system is not covered by any warranty by the original vehicle manufacturer or by BENTUP.

The installation of a solid axle suspension system voids the vehicle original vehicle warranty for all parts modified or parts which the modifications will have negative effects. Any vehicle with a solid axle swap will handle much differently than a stock vehicle.

Center of gravity, cornering, blind spots, braking distance, cornering, emergency maneuvers, and overall handling are all greatly modified and must be compensated by the driver. Drivers of solid axle trucks must respect the modifications and accept that their vehicle will no longer perform or handle similar to a stock vehicle. Rollovers, accidents, injuries, death, equipment failure, fabrication failure, or installation errors are possible with any highly modified suspension system including a Bentup Solid axle swap system.

The owner of any vehicle which utilizes a Bentup solid axle kit, Bentup labor to install a solid axle kit, or vehicles modified by Bentup shall accept all liability per the conditions of this agreement.

Bentup Bumper receiver hitches are not tow rated and are not designed to meet the original vehicle tow rating. Use of the hitch system provided is at the owner’s risk. Bentup bumpers are not impact rated or crash tested and will highly modify the crash ratings of the vehicle.

Any customer purchasing, receiving, or using a Bentup bumper assumes the liability and possible outcomes Bentup bumpers will have on their vehicles and other vehicles if involved in an accident. Death, injury, increased vehicular damage, increased injury to persons to the vehicle and other parties involved is increased.

Installation Instructions:

Bumpers
Test fit all bumpers before painting. Some minor modifications may be necessary to make the bumper fit perfectly, since frames can differ due to prior stress, towing, or accidents. Minor grinding and sanding may also be necessary for a perfect finish. Bumpers that are ordered for the incorrect vehicle, body lift, winch, or with accessories not noted at the time of the order may be modified by Bentup for additional charges for labor, material, and shipping. BENTUP will not accept bumpers for return that have been powder coated or sprayed with any bed liner material such as Line X or Rhino Liner. BENTUP will either refund or exchange a defective bumper that does not fit a vehicle. BENTUP will pay for shipping charges if we are the responsible party.

Solid Axle Swap Modifications
Due to the extreme modifications of a solid axle swap, we strongly recommend the suspension systems be installed by a highly experienced fabricator, off-road shop, and a certified welder. A solid axle swap kit does not come with any instructions, but phone assistance is available. There are also several websites with detailed pictures, measurements, etc… that aid in the installation.

The following are guidelines for maintaining a safe operating vehicle.
Safety and reliability are our number one concern.

1. Visually inspect all equipment for clearance and unusual wear.
2. Regularly clean and inspect equipment such as suspension components, heim joints, polyurethane bushings,
shackles, steering, brakes, U-bolts, and all hardware. Inspect all welds for cracking. Replace items as necessary. All
suspension components are available for individual replacement.. BENTUP reserves the right to warranty any
components that we have determined to be product or material defective. Off-road abuse can damage suspension
   components.
3. BREAK IN PERIOD. After every installation we recommend checking the torque of all nuts and bolts to assure that
the torque has taken. Some minor adjustments may need to be made.

Thank you for purchasing BENTUP products.
